HIRAM, Ohio- The Hiram College women's lacrosse team fell 17-2 in a senior day matchup against Wooster, Saturday afternoon.
Before the start of the game, the Terriers honored senior duo Katelyn Slomovitz and Christina Belleza.
The Fighting Scots held the advantage throughout the matchup, outscoring the Terriers 11-1 in the opening 30 minutes.
In the last minute of the half, Slomovitz put Hiram on the board with her 25th goal of the season.
Out the break, Wooster posted five unanswered goals before junior Tayler Hall tallied a Hiram goal with 7:23 remaining in the game.
The Fighting Scot would add just one more goal to secure the 17-2 victory.
Offensively, Slomovitz and Hall paced Hiram with a goal apiece, combining for four groundballs and three caused turnovers.
The Terriers will return to the field on Tuesday, April 16, as they head to Ohio Wesleyan. The conference matchup is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start.
