Freshman Haley Thompson and junior Alainna Conroy finished with 11 points apiece.
The opening quarter was played close with the first 10 minutes resulting in a draw (12-12).
Sophomore Cici Bright added a free-throw before Wright posted a layup to give the Terriers a three-point lead (15-12).
The frame would produce two ties, the last was 17-17 off a basket from Conroy.
The hosts used a slight 15-12 swing to capture the lead, closing out the first half up 32-29. Thompson paced the second quarter with eight of Hiram's 17 points.
In the third quarter, the Ladies would come out of the locker room with an offensive rally shooting over 60 percent from the floor and stretching their advantage to 61-46.
Wright opened the last quarter with seven unanswered baskets, cutting Kenyon's lead down to eight (61-53).
The Ladies responded with a 13-7 run to secure the 74-60 victory.
Hiram will be back in action on Saturday, February 15, as they play host to Oberlin College. The matchup with the Yeowomen is scheduled for 1 p.m.
